Neurological Surgery

BayCare Medical Group (BMG) is a physician-led medical group seeking an experienced Physician Assistant to join our well-established neurosurgical team at Morton Plant Hospital located in Clearwater, Florida. 

Our current team consists of five board-certified neurosurgeons who specialize in treating all surgical cranial, spinal, and peripheral nerve pathology with the most advanced neurosurgical procedures.

• The physicians are currently supported by four advanced care practitioners in the office, hospital and OR.
• Call responsibility shared evenly between the team.
• The surrounding community boasts a strong referral base.
• The candidate must have surgical first assist experience in an acute care setting.
• Preferably two years of experience or training in neurosurgery.

    Position requires:  Florida licensure and certification PA. Minimum of two year’s experience in neurosurgery and an acute care setting with first assist experience required.
