The Endocrinologist will:

• Diagnose and treat patients with a variety of hormonal diseases and conditions related to the endocrine systems
• Provide comprehensive cost-effective diabetes care with available support of CDE / RD services
• Conducts physical evaluation and diagnostic tests to determine diagnosis and design individualized treatment plans
• Share on-call phone answering responsibilities with other Endocrinologists, at present on or about every six weeks rotation basis

Required Skills:

• M.D. / D.O.
• Board Eligible / Certified
