• Hospital-owned physician practice
• Salary based upon MGMA figures, which is paid to the physician monthly.  
• At the end of the year, the physician receives 100% of the profits of the practice
• Physician also receives full benefits including paid malpractice, paid health insurance, a benefits package, relocation, CME allowance, student-loan assistance.  
• Monthly stipend assistance is also available if physician is looking to make an early commitment
