StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $220000.00 - 274000.00

The Practice

*Base salary plus production
* Fully Employed, MSG
*Full Medical, Dental, Vision for physician and family
* Flexible Schedule
*401K after 1 year
* Life Insurance and Malpractice Insurance
* 5 weeks PTO in year 1, 6 weeks in year 2 and thereafter.
*$2,000 CME allowance
