Pinewood Springs is seeking a board-certified or board eligible child and adolescent psychiatrist to join their new behavioral health hospital in Middle Tennessee.

Ideal Candidates:
• Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist whose career priorities include making a difference in the lives of teenagers.
• Comfortable treating patients with acute behavioral issues

Opportunity Details:
• Inpatient-only position covering the adolescent unit
• Patients between the ages 13 and 18 experiencing serious emotional and behavioral challenges
• No call requirement
• Medical management covered by internal medicine/pediatric providers
• Flexible schedule
• New behavioral health specific facility – opened February 2020
• Join a team of 20+ psychiatrists

Compensation package includes:
• HCA Employment Agreement
• $300K+ salary with $30K commencement bonus

TriStar Health and Maury Regional Health broke ground October 1, 2018 on Pinewood Springs, a 60-bed standalone behavioral health hospital that serves 200,000 residents across the communities in southern Middle Tennessee. This $24.4 million hospital has 60 inpatient beds, 42 adult and 18 adolescent, covers nearly 50,000 square feet, and is located south of Nashville in Columbia, Tennessee. Pinewood Springs is dedicated to the mental health needs of adolescent and adult patients across Middle Tennessee. The facility offers a broad range of inpatient services to treat patients with mood, thought and co-occurring disorders within a supportive and therapeutic environment.
