PM&R INPATIENT JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a full time Inpatient PM&R Associate Medical Director interested in building a practice and growing with the York, Pennsylvania community.  This opportunity has a great financial package available including income guarantee and full relocation.  Leadership opportunity as Associate Medical Director.  York is less than an hour commute to Baltimore, MD. 

• $300K+ income potential

• See 15 – 20 patients
• Effective Marketing teams based at acute care hospitals
• Ability to consult at local acute care hospitals if desired

  PRACTICE MODEL 

  PM&R Physician will establish a private practice to include a caseload of medically complex inpatient rehabilitation patients and an outpatient rehabilitation practice if he or she chooses. The Physiatrist will set up a relationship with an independent billing company and retain 100% of his/her own billing and collections. Encompass Health hospitals are extremely busy with high patient volumes – Encompass Health has its own well-trained outreach teams that identify appropriate inpatient rehabilitation candidates from surrounding areas.
