Enterprise Medical Recruiting is assisting a provider-led organization in Richmond, Indiana with the recruitment of a full-time BC/BE Pediatrician. This permanent opening is considering practicing pediatricians as well as 2023 and 2024 new graduates.

Compensation and Benefits

• Hospital-employed position offers a respectable base salary
• $60,000 signing bonus and a residency stipend for early commitment that's up to $24,000
• The benefits package includes health insurance. paid malpractice with tail coverage, 403b retirement with match, $100k student loan repayment and the employer is a qualifying PSLF site, 30 days paid vacation, $5k CME allowance, Country club membership, and more
