* Industries of our current clients: trucking, construction, healthcare

* Number of current clients: 35 and growing. Sales rep in the field daily.

* Starting staffing model: Registrar, MA, Athletic Trainer, Manager

* Prefer: MRO certified, prior occupational health experience

* Requirements: Licensed to practice in the state of IL, DOT certified

* Hours of Operation: 7:30a - 4:00p (closed 11:30a-12p for lunch) Monday - Friday
