Established outpatient practice needs two Spanish-speaking Center Medical Directors in Houston.

• Southeast Houston: July start or as soon as possible after that
• Northeast Houston: September start or as soon as possible after that
• Their Center Medical Directors still see a panel of their own patients (200-225) 
• In addition to directly supervising, mentoring, and developing the 2-5 PCP?s at the clinic. 
• They need candidates who have at least two years of experience directly managing other physicians (APP?s don?t count) including responsibility for corrective actions and recruiting. 
• They prefer candidates who have been practicing & leading within an outpatient Primary Care setting however they will also consider Hospitalists or Urgent Care so long as they can do office-based procedures.
• Compensation is very competitive for this role and comes with a strong bonus on top of salary.
