Hospitalist

Wellstar Medical Group is looking for Board Certified IM/FP Physicians to join our Hospital Medicine PRN Pool.  Candidate will be credentialed at all Wellstar hospitals, and may pick up shifts at any hospital.  The number of shifts, days and times will vary by location, based on staffing and patient volumes. 

• Hourly compensation.  No mileage or travel expenses will be reimbursed.  Physician will be paid as an employee, and will receive a W2.  This is not a 1099 opportunity. 
• We will provide malpractice insurance for your PRN shifts at Wellstar.
• There is no minimum shift requirement, and no guarantee of shifts.
• Qualified candidates will be asked to provide references, complete our credentialing process, take a drug screen, and attend EPIC training.

  REQUIRED:  BC IM or FP.  Inpatient experience in the past 12 months.
