• 3 ASCs within the practice 
• General GI with optional ERCP & EUS
• Fellows take first call
• 1 year to ASC buy-in, 2 years to partnership
• 6 weeks PTO, Sign-on, and full benefits
• Documented earnings 75th MGMA and higher
