Deliver compassionate patient care as a nurse practitioner working on our growing post-acute care team in Worcester, Massachusetts. Provide primary care in a skilled nursing facility working primarily Monday through Friday. Prior post-acute, geriatric or substance abuse disorder experience is a plus.
