Full Time Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner Job in Bangor, ME

Penobscot Community Health Care is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join the Hope House Health and Living Center in Bangor, Maine.  This is a unique opportunity to join a well-established primary care practice with emphasis on providing outstanding integrated health care for the homeless of our region. The practice offers a full-range services including mental health, recovery treatment and medication assisted treatment

  • Practice located on campus with 54-bed homeless shelter, and 48-bed transitional housing center
    • The successful candidate will be an energetic, team player , with a passion for working in this environment to provide comprehensive care to our adult patient panel  
    • The position is full-time, and the candidate must have the ability to flex hours of work—evenings or a weekend day and may be expected to work off site as needed
