Michigan Outpatient Family Medicine Position

A large multi-site community health system located in southeast Michigan, just 20 minutes from the beautiful, freshwater beaches of Lake Huron, is seeking a Family Medicine physician! The incoming physician will work out of a new, larger facility and have the support of other primary care physicians and advanced practice providers.

Additional practice details:

Outpatient position
24 sites in southeast and central Michigan
Flexible schedule with option for 4 or 5 day work week
