Critical Care - Intensivist

Full Time Critical Care Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) Needed for Overnight Coverage

ICC (Intensive Care Consortium) Healthcare has joined HCA, one of the nation’s largest healthcare networks, to change the way critical care medicine is practiced. We are looking for Critical Care providers to join us in our mission to make a difference in the care of every patient every day at Southern Hills Hospital Center in Las Vegas, NV. We have full and part-time positions available. Must have Acute Care experience, be able to do central and arterial lines, intubations, work independently, be able to carry patient load of 8-10 patients per shift.

Our APP providers must be proficient with, and credentialed to perform routine Critical Care procedures including central and arterial line placement, thoracentesis, intubations and management of mechanical ventilation, work independently, and be able to carry patient load of 8-10 patients per shift. We typically require 3 years’ ACNP/PA experience in an Intensive Care Unit.

Opportunity Specifics
• 22-bed combined Med/Surg ICU
• Open ICU with mandatory consult from the ICC Intensivist on all adult ICU cases
• Shifts are 7 pm - 7 am; 6-10 primary encounters per shift
• Full time is 15 (12-hour) shifts a month, scheduled in 3-5 day blocks
• Full time and part time opportunities available
