Competitive Salary

Call coverage commitment: As determined by the Medical Executive committee and bylaws

$25,000 contract execution payment (to be repaid by you if you do not come to Abilene or your employment terminates prior to end of 3-year term and is composed of 3 separate payments: contract execution $5,000, Medical Center privileges $15,000, and first practice day $5,000).

Relocation assistance (up to $20K)

Potential for monthly stipend final 12 months of training (up to $2K/month)

Potential student loan repayment

$2,000 Texas License Fees reimbursement

Malpractice coverage would begin the first day ($1,000,000 & $3,000,000 policy limits)

Continuing Medical Education - $5,000 per year and five paid days per year.
