Heartland Behavioral Health Services is adding a new Psychiatrist to the team, for In-Patient Services. Heartland Behavioral Health Services offers short-term acute hospitalization and residential treatment 30+ days for youths, ages 4-21. Heartland is a safe, positive environment where patients receive the treatment they need to return to the community.

Opportunity Details:

Full Time, Employed position

7 On/7 Off schedule, no need to relocate!

151 bed hospital

In-Patient setting

Adolescent patient load

Duties include: initial psychiatric evaluations, follow up visits, rounding, medication management, treatment team participation; entry of orders into HCS system

Call: 1 night per week + one weekend during the 7 days On

Potential for 1 day per week in O/P Clinic

Compensation & Benefits:

Qualifications:

B/C or B/E General Psychiatrist

Willing to see adolescent patients

Missouri license or ability to obtain
