Nurse Practitioner - Physician Assistant

Nurse Practitioner needed to provide In home Care or possible Telemedicine services to members in a virtual health setting.

Experience – minimum 1 year as an PMHNP preferably in with Psychiatric Tele health experience

Major responsibilities will include assessing, diagnosing, and providing treatment from your home or personal office. This position will require a person with a flexible schedule.

The Nurse Practitioner maintains all necessary and appropriate contact with patients for follow-up care and improved health purposes. Complies with all regulatory requirements and standards of contemporary medical care. Monitors and manages medications for individual patients in the most appropriate and successful manner. Interviews patients, reviews records, and confers with other professionals to evaluate the condition of Patients. Maintains consistent focus upon patient medical conditions and needs, and continually adjusts scheduling to accomplish that at as high a speed and with the greatest productivity possible.

Qualifications

• Be able to log into EMR to complete evaluations and consults in a timely manner
• Strong communication and diagnostic skills
• Familiarity with technology - computers, smartphones, tablets
• Current licensure in Florida
• DEA License
• Ability to pass a background check
