Facility: One of Washington’s newest and largest psychiatric health systems focusing on children, adolescents, adults, and families. With locations in Virginia, Maryland, West Virginia, Pennsylvania and Massachusetts, this group of psychiatrists, psychologists, PMHNPs, PAs and social workers has exceptional experience working with a range of disorders.
Opportunity: Group Practice is seeking a Chief Medical Director with a desire to provide clinical and administrative oversight. Expectation is a 50/50 split but this negotiable. The group has numerous experienced Psychiatrists, mid-levels, nurses and social workers, and mentor-ship is encouraged. Low bed counts allows for psychiatrists to provide exceptional care and outcomes, with supervision of this programs strength and growth being a top priority. Once up and running candidate can tailor position to their liking.
Compensation: Employed opportunity with salary and RVU's to make well over $300,000. Partnership opportunity - with private pay and partnership the income potential is tremendous. Full comprehensive benefits and a commencement package are also offered.
