PM&R physician Medical Director opportunity in WI between Milwaukee & Green Bay

Join a Premier rehabilitative healthcare provider, in a new 36-bed medical rehabilitation hospital on Coastal Wisconsin. The new hospital provides specialized rehabilitative care to patients recovering from disabling injuries or illnesses such as strokes, brain injuries, hip fractures, spinal injuries, Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, or other medically complex conditions.

About the facility:

  • Adult Only
  • 36 bed inpatient rehabilitation
  • Specialty support includes Neurology, Neurosurgery, Trauma/Critical Care, Medical and Surgical Orthopedics, Interventional Pain, Pulmonology, Cardiology, Nephrology
  • Compensation:
  • Base Salary
  • $150,000 Directorship Stipend
  • Up to $40,000 Compliance Bonus
  • Percentage of Net Collections
  • Protected Administrative Time
  • Benefits Include PPO Health, Dental, Vision, Dental, LTD, STD, Life, AD&D
  • 5 Weeks PTO + CME Time - 401K with match
