Occupational Medicine

Lake Zurich Occupational Health has an excellent opportunity for an Occupational Medicine physician to join our collegial team.

• Candidate will join a fantastic team which includes a dedicated RN, APC and full support staff 
• Full spectrum Occupational Medicine clinical practice: work injury and illness treatment, DOT, MRO, return to work exams, surveillance exams, travel medicine, etc.
• Position is available due to upcoming provider retirement
• This is a part-time position. The current schedule to be replaced is two full days and one half day per week; some flexibility available
• This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established practice with strong relationships with client companies already in place
• Clinic is fully equipped with Imaging Center and Physical Therapy on-site
• Ideal candidate BE/BC Occupational Medicine 
• Relocation assistance provided
