**About the Hospital:**

Located 40 miles north of Raleigh, NC, in Henderson, this 102-bed medical center is the regions healthcare leader. Fully accredited by The Joint Commission and the College of American Pathologists, it provides its community with physicians representing a wide range of specialties; highly trained nurses and clinical specialists; and the latest technology. It recently completed a $52 million addition and renovation to its facilities.

It is home to the regions largest and most comprehensive Emergency Department staffed by board-certified emergency physicians. It also offers the leading maternity center in the four-county area; the regions only Special Care Nursery and CARF-accredited Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit; and the areas largest and most advanced intensive care and progressive care services. In addition, it offers state-of-the-art physical, occupational and speech therapy.

Advanced technology is another feature of the medical center.
