Obstetrics and Gynecology - OB Hospitalist

1735 - Ob/Gyn Hospitalist is needed in Southeast North Carolina

Prominent Health System is seeking to add board certified OB/GYN physicians as Hospitalists. Candidates with at least 2 years of experience out of residency are preferred as are those with experience in laparoscopic surgery. Candidate will be required to perform deliveries and GYN surgery. Candidates willing to teach OB/GYN, Family Medicine, and Emergency Room residents as well as medical students preferred.

Candidate will be required to work 14 - 12 hour shifts, either 7a ' 7p or 7p - 7a.

The hospital is a 950-bed, 8-hospital regional health system, largest in North Carolina, with more than 1 million inpatient and outpatients annually. A private not-for-profit organization with 7,000 employees and 850 physicians.
