Nurse Practitioner - Physician Assistant

Enterprise Medical Recruiting has partnered with SoutheastHEALTH in their search for a Director of Patient Experience in a town located 90 minutes from St. Louis. This position will represent the organization and its values while acting as the voice of the patients. This ideal candidate will have knowledge of the clinical experience while managing this administrative role.

This position will be influential across multiple disciplinaries and departments to achieve the highest possible patient experience outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Directly report to the VP, COO with strong backing from CEO on success and progress 
• Report analysis skills; understanding of Press Ganey and HCAHPS Scores, respectively 
• Liaise and network with department heads to identify areas of improvement and implement, aid progress 
• Comprehensive approach to the details in enhancing the patient experience
• Ability to effectively communicate and interact with clinical and administrative staff

Requirements

• Open to Nurses, Physician Assistants, Nurse Practitioners, and other patient interfacing specialties 
• Minimum of 5-years? clinical experience and Bachelor?s in Healthcare
• Non-healthcare related industries may be considered with Master?s degree 
• Existing knowledge of hospital environment and/or clinical processes
