Excellent Emergency Medicine NP/PA Opportunity in Dyersburg, TN. 

Position Highlights:

  • Our 16-bed emergency department sees roughly 75 patients each day.
  • Our physician coverage extends to 24 hours
  • Complemented by an additional 24 hours of Advanced Practice Providers (APP).
  • APP shifts are 9a-9p and 2p-2a
  • Hospital services encompass 16 ICU beds, along with specialized care in cardiology, pulmonology, general surgery, urology, GI pediatrics, OB, radiology, anesthesiology, nephrology, and endocrinology.
  • The hospital grounds host an Air Evac base, enhancing emergency response capabilities.
  • As the largest facility with extensive capabilities in neighboring rural counties, we often encounter patients in critical condition, necessitating urgent interventions such as intubations and central lines. Additionally, our expertise extends to handling traumatic cases, from motor vehicle collisions to violent crimes, making procedures like chest tube placements a routine part of our practice.
  • A minimum of two years of emergency medicine experience
  • ACLS/BLS/PALS required
