Job Details: Seeking Neonatal Nurse Practitioners or NICU Physician Assistants for expanding practice in Fort Lauderdale, FL!Envision Physician Services is seeking a passionate Neonatal Nurse Practitioner/NICU PA to join our growing Allied Health Program at the Memorial Healthcare System in the greater Fort Lauderdale area. Our unit has seen a big increase in census, so we’re adding 2 FTEs to the group. This team has a flexible self-scheduling (day, night, 24-hr shifts) model that rotates through a busy Level III+ and 2 Level II NICUs. Having this variety reduces burnout and provides a variety of patient acuity, pace, and work/life balance.**NPs must have completed a Neonatal NP program, and PAs must have NICU experience or have completed a NICU PA residency.**Opportunity Highlights: Flexible self-scheduling for work/life balance – Customizable to meet individual needs!
