Locations: Willimantic, Danielson, Putnam and Norwich. Just minutes away from Coastal Connecticut less then 1 hour drive to Providence, RI easy weekend access to Boston, Cape Cod and New York City.

Opportunity: To provide a full range of preventive and primary care medical services to all ages including health maintenance, chronic disease management, acute visits and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

• M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited medical school
• Board certified or Board eligible
