Great opportunity to join a well-established team of 14 physicians and 6 APPs at our Springfield/Eugene Medical Center. Collaboration is the cornerstone of our practice. Position Highlights:

  • We have a semi-open ICU with on-site intensivists during the day and tele-ICU support at night.
  • We serve an underserved population and actively collaborate within our hospital and with other local healthcare facilities to better serve our community.
  • Full time is 15 shifts/month or 182 shifts/year
  • 7 on/7 off block schedule for continuity of care
  • 3 physicians on during the day 7am-7pm with 2 NPs
  • 1 NP and 1 physician on at night 7pm-7am
  • Manageable workload and manageable encounters – APPs see an average of 15-16 patients a day
  • 113-bed facility with inpatient, outpatient care, diagnostic, medical, surgical and emergency care.

Qualifications:

  • Nurse Practitioner board-certification is required.
