VISTA's Permanent Placement Division is actively talking with General Surgeons interested in supplemental income on a perm basis. * Hospital-based contract opportunity under an unmodified WRVU compensation model with guarantee minimum daily rate
* Unique practice dynamic serving as an income supplementation model or to maintain surgical skills without a full-time commitment
* Perm arrangement without relocation
* General Surgery perm 1099 opportunity
* One or two 5 day blocks (i.e. Thursday-Monday or other days that best accommodate your schedule)
* Subspecialty interests are encouraged and welcomed
* Procedures include, but not limited to, endoscopy, colonoscopy, bread & butter general surgery with some c-sections (will proctor if needed)
* Provide access to medical and surgical care to patients in small city of 125,000+
* Northeast Kansas about an hour outside of Kansas City, Missouri
* Opportunity includes paid flights and accommodations
* Experienced staff to handle billing, coding, credentialing, patient schedules, logistics of your travel, accommodations and more!
