Financials and Benefits:

• Base Salary: $210,000
• Annual Productivity Bonus
• CME Allowance $1800 – 1 Week
• PTO: 3 Weeks
• 20-25 Patients/Day
• Call 1:5 – Phone Call Only
• No Hospital or Nursing Home rounds
• Comprehensive benefits and paid relocation
• Primary medical care, preventive medicine, physicals and immunizations, treatment of acute & chronic conditions
