Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant – Advanced Primary Care (Outpatient)
📍 Watsonville, CA | 🕒 Full-Time | 💰 $170,000–$185,000 + $15K Sign-On Bonus

We’re offering an exceptional opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our innovative, employer-sponsored advanced primary care clinic in Watsonville, California. What You’ll Bring:

  • 🔹 Active and unrestricted NP or PA license (Family Medicine preferred)
  • 🔹 Full prescribing authority, including DEA certification
  • 🔹 Independent clinical experience managing routine wellness, chronic disease, and urgent care needs
  • 🔹 CPR/BLS certification at start date
  • 🌎 Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required
