Family – Primary Care Nurse practitioner, Multi-specialty Group

 

A Regional multi-specialty group practice is looking for an experienced team-oriented,  Family/ Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to join a thriving outpatient practice on a full or part-time basis.

 

The nurse practitioner conducts comprehensive patient assessments. Identifies potential and actual health and health-related problems. Diagnoses acute and chronic illness. Develops and implements treatment plans that include pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic components. Review's patient charts and ensures appropriate treatment plans are developed and followed.  Document all patient care within an electronic health record.

 

Nurse Practitioner should have knowledge of behavioral healthcare / substance use treatment. Group offers a flexible schedule, no weekend, or on-call responsibilities.
