Family Medicine

Our Family Medicine providers at the Family Health Center work alongside our Family Practice Physician Residents and Faculty.  Our providers diagnose and treat long- and short-term illness. They also provide preventive care, including routine checkups, health-risk assessments, immunization and screening tests, and personalized counseling on maintaining a healthy lifestyle.  For patients with chronic illness, our providers also manage and often coordinate care provided by other subspecialists.

This position is located at the Northway Clinic in St. Cloud.  In this role, you will work clinic hours without any required call.

      To be considered for our position you would need to: 

      • Have a current Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license and be eligible for Minnesota licensure

        We would prefer that our candidate have at least two (2) years of provider experience in one of the following areas:

        • Family Medicine
        • Internal Medicine
        • Urgent Care/Convenience Care

          In addition, all applicants must have a current American Heart Association BLS Healthcare Provider card and Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) registration number prior to receiving clinical privileges.
