Family – Primary Care Physician, Community Health Center

 

Health Center is seeking a Primary Care Physician to work at an outpatient clinic.

Physician candidates are expected to be knowledgeable and skilled in the delivery of primary care. Empower patients to take an active role in health maintenance and promote wellness behaviors. Provide appropriate patient follow-up and communicate effectively with patients. Refer patients to specialty care, as necessary. Provide clinical supervision to mid-level providers and nursing staff. Participate in quality assurance activities. Participate in State and National disease collaborative efforts.

 

Requirements: Completion of Internal medicine / Family Medicine residency. Board certification. Eligible for licensing by the State of Vermont. Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) accepted. Comprehensive Benefits Package Includes Very competitive salary - commensurate with experience.
