2 physicians cover 12-hour day shifts -7 a.m. – 7 p.m.

1 physician on 12-hour night -7 p.m. – 7 a.m.

Hospitalist team on-site

Strong sub-specialty support across the board (interventional Radiology, PICC Team, Rapid Response Team, Code team and Code Blue Team). Shift based scheduling – average of 15 shifts per month- day and night rotation are evenly divided- generally 5 day block stretches. Shift based compensation; productivity bonus; commencement bonus and/or retention bonus and relocation where applicable. Physicians have a primary site where they work their full time shifts; they are cross credentialed to help cover at secondary sites if they choose after they have fulfilled full time shifts
