The facility is Chest Pain Accredited and features on-site nuclear stress testing, echocardiography, and cardiac rehabilitation programs. With 138 hospital beds and strong support services including electrophysiology and cardiovascular surgery, the facility provides excellent patient care.

Opportunity: Yes-Interventional Cardiology

Job Details:

• Providing call coverage for interventional cardiology until permanent placement is recruited
• Working with a team that includes 3 APPs who assist with general rounding during the week
• Joining a practice with two long-term skilled Interventional Cardiologists
• Call shifts are primarily 24 hours from Friday 7am to Monday 7am
• STEMI call is required
• Focus on inpatient catheterizations (approximately 30 heart cath cases from inpatients monthly)
• Patient encounters per shift: 10-15
• Board certification required (minimum eligible)
• Must have ACLS and BLS certifications
• Expedited privileges available for providers with clean histories

Compensation:

Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
