Opportunity

• Well-respected team of 1 surgeon (growing to 3!), 3 APPs, 2 Office Based RNs, and 4
• Perfusionists
• Comprehensive Cardiovascular team includes 20 Cardiologists and 5 Vascular Surgeons
• CVS Co-management agreement with Iowa?s largest health system
• Established an adult general Cardiothoracic Surgery Department with a recognized
• Structural Heart Program participating in TAVR and MitraClip; Maze procedures and Lead Extraction
• Two designated cardiac surgery ORs and access to two hybrid procedural rooms
• Call 1:3
• Research opportunities available

• Large referral base within the clinic of over 270 multi-specialty providers in addition to an external referral base that includes 1.3 million
