Full Time Addiction Medicine Physician Job in Denver, CO
Headlands ATS is a leader in providing high quality patient care in the setting of addiction treatment programs. We are comprised of a talented and motivated team of practitioners who are passionate about improving access to evidence based treatments and improving the standards of addiction treatment nationally. We are currently seeking a FULL TIME physician to join our workforce in the greater Denver area.

The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:
  • Family Medicine, Internal Medicine and other non-psychiatrists who have experience treating substance use disorders. We are willing to provide training and education to less experienced candidates. ABAM of ABPM is a plus.
  • Board certified or board eligible psychiatrists with an interest in addictions treatment.
  • Must have Colorado licensure. California and/or Texas licensure is a plus.

The position will involve the following:
  • Part time home based telemedicine and part time local on-site presence at treatment facilities
  • Leadership and clinical coordination of patient care with treatment facilities

Candidate must have:
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and bedside manner
  • Strong motivation and work ethic
  • Excellent references
  • Current buprenorphine waiver (X-waiver) or willingness to obtain waiver within 60 days of hire.
