A leader in healthcare in the southern tier of NY has an opportunity for a new position of Associate Director of Trauma, reporting to the Trauma Program Medical Director. Must be BE/BC in General Surgery; preferred Trauma and/or Surgical Critical Care Fellowship training. Previous leadership experience in an accredited Trauma Program is preferred.Teaching and clinical research availalble. This position will be 80% trauma and 20% general surgery. Should have interest in growing program by developing greater depth in performance improvement and quality assurance, as well as for future succession planning.
