General Surgery

UPMC Pinnacle is seeking qualified nurse practitioners to provide per diem coverage in our Surgery Optimization Clinic. Become a part the UPMC Pinnacle team and grow in a well-supported, collegial environment.

The nurse practitioner will independently participate in the delivery of direct patient care as it applies to pre-surgical patients in the Preoperative-optimization, Assessment, Consultation and Treatment Clinic.

Prefer minimum two years of experience, working within inpatient/hospital or outpatient setting.  Experience in patient optimization and high risk patient populations.

Job Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner Licensure and Registration by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
• Graduate of accredited CRNP program
• Valid/current CPR / ACLS certification
